Guidelines for Authors
Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers. Submitted papers must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should be prepared using the standard format provided by the journal and must clearly present new theoretical or experimental research results.
All submissions will be evaluated based on originality, significance, interest, clarity, relevance, correctness and overall presentation.
Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
v Format: Use the official paper format/template provided by the journal.
v File Type: The manuscript must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
v Length: Maximum word limit 5000 words for research paper and 10,000 for review articles.
v Language: Papers can be written either in English/ Hindi with clear and concise academic language.
v References: All cited works must be properly referenced following the required citation style.
Manuscript file should have the following things
q List the full names of all authors in correct order.
q Provide author affiliations (Designation, department, institution).
q Ensure the manuscript follows the journal’s format and reference guidelines (APA style).
q Refer Sample Manuscript doc file and Sample Supporting Information doc file for manuscript preparation.
Step-by-Step Publication Process
Step 1 – Submit Paper:
- Submit your original research paper along with mandatory attachments.
- You will receive a Paper Registration ID for future reference.
Step 2 – Review & Notification:
- The paper will be reviewed by the editorial committee.
- Authors will be notified of minor or major corrections in the manuscript.
- Acceptance or rejection of the paper will be communicated via email.
Step 3 – Pay Publication Fee:
- If accepted, author/s will be required to pay publication fee.
- Details for payment will be shared in the email (UPI/ NEFT/ IMPS accepted)
Step 4 – Submit Required Documents:
Post acceptance of manuscript corresponding author should send the following files in single email to earthcanvaas@gmail.com
- Formatted Manuscript (DOC/PDF file) (with supporting information)
- Identity Proof of Corresponding Author
- Payment Proof
Step 5 – Publication:
After verification of documents and payment, your paper will be published online in the upcoming issue.Step 6 –Certificate:
PDF file of published journal along with a Certificate of Publication will be sent to corresponding author post publication on website.
